Getting Started

1. Login to NetTeller Internet Banking at www.TheCitizensBank.cc
2. Select Options - Mobile Settings - Web Mobile Banking
3. Select “enable web access for your mobile device”, indicate preference for text message alerts, input mobile phone number, choose provider, select desired accounts for web access. Proceed by clicking Submit.
4. Review the enrollment information. Mark the box confirming acceptance of the full terms and conditions. Confirm by clicking the designated button.
5. A confirmation screen will validate the successful enrollment. If text alerts were selected in the prior step, a confirmation text message will be dispatched containing the URL for accessing TCB 2Go mobile banking website.
