Getting Started

<ol>
 <li>Login to NetTeller Internet Banking at <a href="www.TheCitizensBank.cc">www.TheCitizensBank.cc</a></li>
 <li>Select Options - Mobile Settings - Web Mobile Banking</li>
 <li>Select “enable web access for your mobile device”, indicate preference for text message alerts, input mobile phone number, choose provider, select desired accounts for web access. Proceed by clicking Submit.</li>
 <li>Review the enrollment information. Mark the box confirming acceptance of the full terms and conditions. Confirm by clicking the designated button.</li>
 <li>A confirmation screen will validate the successful enrollment. If text alerts were selected in the prior step, a confirmation text message will be dispatched containing the URL for accessing TCB 2Go mobile banking website.</li>
</ol>
